However, it is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with DVT, thrombosis, embolism, or contagious diseases. Unlike massage, which relieves muscle tension, Reflexology uses body maps on the feet, hands, ears, and face to reflect specific organs and systems. It helps restore natural balance.

How many sessions will I require?


The number of sessions needed varies by individual. Some feel immediate benefits, while others may take longer. Generally, healthy individuals may benefit from monthly sessions. For stress or health issues, bi-weekly sessions are recommended, transitioning to monthly maintenance. We'll discuss your specific needs during the initial consultation. Pregnant women in later stages may consider weekly sessions.


What to Expect During Your Reflexology Session

At your first session, you'll complete a brief consultation form to discuss your medical history and treatment goals. This helps tailor the session to your needs and will be reviewed in future appointments.




What to Anticipate During a Reflexology Session 

is performed on the feet, ankles, or hands, so please wear comfortable clothing. You'll relax in a reclined position, supported by cushions and a blanket. The treatment is gentle and not ticklish, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits.

Can it help to diagnose health issues? 


note that reflexologists cannot diagnose health issues. We may identify areas of imbalance, which we will address during the session, and I will share any observations with you afterward.


Who can benefit from reflexology?

Reflexology is suitable for all ages, but please inform me if you have pain, recent surgery, or are on medication, so we can assess its appropriateness for you.
